Being a Vegetarian

It is very difficult to switch from being a non-vegetarian to a vegetarian. Health benefits are probably the most common reason why people opt for a vegetarian diet.

Heart Disease
When there is too much fat and cholesterol in your food intake, it can build up and block your arteries; you need to eat less meat if you want to reduce the possibility of acquiring the heart disease which is the leading cause of death in the US.
