John Abraham's Muscles Grow on a Vegetarian Diet

A physique like John Abraham is any man’s envy (he has Bipasha Basu too, what a luck!!!). It is also a mystery to many on ‘how’ he maintains his shape so well.

I came across these facts about John Abraham's diet mantra, while on my routine research on celebrity fitness. I also realised that most celebrities do know that, it doesn’t require rocket science to be in good shape. All you need to follow is your dietitian’s tips, which John Abraham seems to be doing quite well, see how:

Majorly follows a vegetarian diet but eats eggs /fish occasionally to build on protein intake.

A simple home cooked fare constituting of no maida. He prefers wheat breads, atta chappaties, green leafy vegetables and dals.

Soaked almonds pack his daily breakfast nutrition quotient.

John Abraham avoids long gaps and grazes between meals.

 He does not take steroids or growth hormones.

It is a known fact that John Abraham believes in eating right. Fad diet and crash dieting do not appeal to him as a medium for weight loss. He believes in routine cardio and strength training. Kick boxing and bikes are his latest craze.
