Osama may have gone but he has left a lot of mysteries as well as interesting facts. Of all the news and buzz that's been going around the one that caught my attentions (as a nutritionist) is that Osama ate a lot of watermelons to keep himself healthy.

As reported by one of his wive's; he had an issues with kidney due to deliberate poisoning by an enemy. He had a kidney issue but was not on dialysis these few years (as thought). He ate plenty of watermelons to keep himself healthy.

Well, he certainly must be aware of the water rich, low sodium, high potassium, antioxidant rich potential of the super fruit. This is best choice for flushing out toxins, energizing the body and maintaining a good blood pressure.
