Bael Fruit Juice
The ripe bael is an aromatic, astringent fruit which benefits the skin. It is a coolant and also a good laxative (cleanses and tones up the intestines). This juice is relished in hot summer months and makes a great breakfast beverage.
Ingredients:
· Bael Fruit
· Powdered sugar- according to taste
· Water- according to the desired consistency
How to make Bael Fruit Juice:
Remove pulp from the fruit and put in a vessel with plenty of water. Leave the pulp soaked for a couple of hours. Than, boil this mixture with additional water. Cool and strain the extract. Add powdered sugar to taste and bottle this squash. Serve chilled diluted with ice/cold water.
