Brocolli salad
This easy antioxidant packed salad is perfect to take for a picnic or to be included along with any light meal.
Ingredients: Serves 4
Broccoli: 1 small (cut into little flowerets)
Hung curd/ Greek yogurt (fat-free)-1 cup
Raisins: 10
Grapes (blue/red): 1 cup (cut into half)
Lemon juice: 2 tbsp.
Roasted cumin powder: 1tsp
Sugar/honey: 3tsp
Salt: a pinch
Pepper: a pinch
Chaat masala: to taste (optional)
Method:
Wash the broccoli well, remove the stalk and cut into bite sized flowerets. Drain out the water and put them into a big bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and toss well.
Chill for at least half an hour before serving.
