Make a Fluffy Omlette

Make a frothy omlette which will not collapse when removed from frying pan on to plate by adding a pinch of corn starch and powdered sugar to the separated egg yolks before beating them. Whip separated egg whites untill fluffy and than mix the two gently before fryin on a pan.

The only problem that I had was breaking the omlette properly... :) beyond that this definitely is a great recipe...

You can also make frothy omelette's by adding a pinch of corn starch and a pinch of powdered sugar to the yolks before beating them, you will find your omelette's full blown on the plate.

Hey Guys! Try making "Ande Ka Achar".

Boil eggs first and immerse them in a mixture of vinegar, salt, and spices like ginger and blackpepper etc. You can also use beetroot juice to give red colour to the eggs.If the eggs are immersed in it for a few hours, the distinct red, white, and yellow colors can be seen when the eggs are sliced.

egg is full of proteine and good for bones

Tina Khanna says :

@Kapil- an egg provides nearly 65-70 Kcal (depending on the grade). An omelette's prepared with a teaspoon of oil and 2 tablespoons of low fat milk should give another extra 50 Kcal. That's not a lot when it comes to complete proteins plus minerals this one egg will provide.
