Eat Atleast Two High Potassium Fruits all this Month

High Potassium Fruits

Fruits are a natural source of potassium. Potassium counter effects the role of sodium. Excess Sodium from salt in food causes water retention and raises B.P. in the body.

Potassium on the other hand removes water retention and stabilises B.P.

So, try and eat two fruits daily all this month.

Banana, Oranges, Apples are rich in Potassium. Have a fruit during snack time, mid-morning and evening. Learn more benfits of fruits.

Note: People with kidney issues are restricted potassium in-take.

That's a really good advice and it should be followed by anyone having problems with high blood pressure (and not only this month, but always).

Also this advice should be doubled by constant monitoring by a qualified medical personal (at least once at every six months) and by a dedicated diet for hypertension like this one: www.mylovelydiet.com/our-diets/hypertension-diet

Hope this helps.
