I've tried various low-carb, low-calorie, and low-fat diets for the past couple of years. No, I'm not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV! Just watned to say thanks for the great info and reinforcing the idea of three meals a day. Now if I can get my wife to get her, and our kids, to stop snacking in between meals all day long, we'll be moving the right direction. It's maddening to watch her accept the snacking on junk in between, what I would consider a typical, modern, unhealthy meal of today.
