What is the diet routine you follow/followed for losing weight?

"No fried / Junk Food. Drink 1/2 ltr. water (room temp.) in morning."

What is the exercise routine you follow/followed for losing weight?

"Do power yoga 3 times in week. Every day go for 45 min walking."
